Cylinder Liners

Our expertise lies in manufacturing high quality Cylinder Liners. Our Cylinder Liners are reckoned for having excellent casting and machining qualities that add to the durability and performance of the engine they are fitted in. Our Cylinder Liners are available in wide range suitable for varied light, medium and heavy duty applications. Further, we make our Cylinder Liners available at very competitive prices.

We have in-house centrifugal casting foundry and machine shop following lean-manufacturing and environment friendly practices to produce cylinder liners that are metallurgical perfect, dimensionally accurate and competitive priced. The cylinder liners are manufactured using the centrifugal casting process, which gives a uniform microstructure and eliminates blow holes and other casting defects by using the centrifugal force of a die rotating at a high speed to force out casting defects and impurities.

Specifications

The dry sleeves are 'cast-in fit', force (press) fit or slip fit.
Interference between its outer diameter and engine block wall depends on fit-type from 0.050 to 0.075 mm
